How do you Call QuickBase for help? 

This is one of the questions that we are asked most frequently. You get stuck, you want to call QuickBase, but you can't find a phone number. The reason for this is that Intuit does not publicize a number for QuickBase. Their support is based on a ticket system: you submit a ticket and they get back to you, either via email or telephone.
But you do have options:
You can submit a support ticket.
If you worked with a sales representative when you originally purchased QuickBase, you call them directly.

Is QuickBase right for me?

Not an easy question to answer. If you have an organization that is exactly like a thousand others (like a doctor’s office, or a public library) then there is probably dedicated software build for your exact needs. But if you have an unusual business, or a business that you conduct in an unusual way, then QuickBase is the smartest and fastest way to get your data into a well-structured and easy-to-use database.

How much does it cost to build a database?

Without a thorough review of your requirements this is a very difficult question to answer, but here are some general guidelines:
If you just need some help here and there, we can provide screen-sharing support for $160/hour, with a minimum of 15 minutes per session.
For pricing on products like Tabs or our WYSIWYG text boxes, please check pricing on our products page.
If you want a web portal so that customers or vendors can get a limited insight into your database without being QuickBase users, pricing starts around $2,000.
Do you need a program that links QuickBase and QuickBooks? Pricing starts around $2,500.
Not sure what you need? We can do a Discovery Engagement that is usually from $1-2,000.
Want us to build a database for you? That’s hard to say, but building from scratch is rarely less than $2,000.

Can we spread out the timing on our project?

Absolutely, in fact it is recommended on larger projects.  We can help you determine how many phases you need and what order to tackle them in.

How long does it take to kick off a project once we sign up?

We are committed to initiating projects within a maximum of two weeks from receiving your deposit and signed agreement.

Will we have the same developer throughout our project?

Depending on your project requirements and the skills required, you may have one - or multiple developers - working on your project.  But there will always be one person -- a developer or Project Manager -- who is consistent during the development of your database.
