The Problem/ChallengeA global food and beverage distributor and retailer needed a way to store and manage nutritional content information for the entire product skew. There were various requirements that needed to be met based on state requirements, country norms, and languages. In the past, they kept track of everything in word documents and would use email to connect with third parties to produce the artwork for packaging. They needed a way to connect all of this together in a much more efficient way.
The ResultsWe connected all this through Quickbase application systems. We were able to track all of this information by using QuickBase and reducing the manual entry of each nutrition label. By doing this we were able to let the company focus on the company growth and not worry about the manual processes. They spent a lot less time worrying about the nutrition labels and more time spent elsewhere.
